In Memory/Honor Of

Contribute in Memory or in Honor of a Loved One

The Alliance gratefully accepts financial contributions from organizations and individuals who wish to donate in memory or in honor of a loved one. Your gift will pay tribute to someone special while giving hope to those battling tobacco or obesity related illnesses. The names of these individuals will be placed on our website for memorial and honor. An acknowledgement letter will then be sent to the family upon receipt of the donation.
